4/21/24 Tritec’s Station Yards “The Core” section is now open to new tenants. Phase 1 is residential rentals and fully occupied, Phase 2a (photo below) is mixed use with residential rentals, retail and offices. This section has over 8 new retail leases signed and is expected to be fully operational by late 2024. These amazing retailers include a new speakeasy concept and each new business that comes in will be featured individually on the My Ronkonkoma posts.
