My Ronkonkoma was started in 2003 as Ronkonkoma’s Home Page. We purchased the domain on New Years Eve in 2012 and created an online resource for local residents and even former residents to see.

We wanted to create a regional online publication that covered both Lake Ronkonkoma & Ronkonkoma plus Lake Grove, Nesconset, Bohemia, Holbrook, Farmingville, Islandia & Hauppauge residents.

over the last decade, we covered sunrises, sunsets, snow storms, hurricanes, announcements, new businesses, failed businesses, restaurants, great sky shots, community contributors of content and great photos & videos plus so much more for the entire community.

We have a combined 20,000+ fans, our posts get 300,000 to 500,000 views every month. Our advertisers get major hyper-local buzz and so much more. Let’s not forget to thank our own weatherman Joe Cioffi.
