Gas Pricing Inches Up Locally

Gasoline prices rose well above $4.00 per gallon and premium is now approaching $5.00 per gallon. 

Oil is trading at $103.50 per barrel.   Heating oil is trading at $4.09 per gallon. 
Oil and gas prices directly affect the middle class which gives us less money to spend on everything else including essentials.
